Laura Gallo is an Italian social entrepreneur. She spent ten years in Milan with enterprises and cooperatives focused on employability and work integration, and has also worked in Mumbai, India as a fair trade project manager.
In 2016, she launched Fungo Box, which aims to promote the reduction of waste by transforming coffee waste into food through a zero impact cycle.
