Originally a youth worker, Elin has specialised in entrepreneurial education for the past 14 years. After 12 years in education and economic development policy roles with European Commission and Welsh Government, she co-founded Bantani Education in 2016, a non-profit involved in building new collaborations, developing stronger networks, and creating new ways to innovate and experiment in the area of entrepreneurial learning. The organisation focuses particularly on developing a creative mindset, educator skills, digital innovation and how entrepreneurial education can support active citizenship. Bantani now works with a range of national and international partners including the United Nations and the European Commission.
